Working with uprosper®

We operate differently to many firms in the financial advice and planning sector. Engagement with clients is more fluid, and the majority of time is spent working toward achieving clients' objectives. There is no travelling involved with the environment completely digital.

We will from time to time add vacancies on this page, but we prefer to have ongoing discussions with prospective candidates even before a vacancy is available. If you are interested in working with us, please get in touch sooner rather than later.

Adviser

Spend the majority of time understanding clients' circumstances and objectives, and advising. No traveling, prospecting or conversion required.

Paraplanner

Analyse client requirements and build recommendations and reports in support of advisers. There may be opportunities to progress into an advisory role.

Administrator

Support paraplanners and advisers in the preparation of reports and documents. Provide support to clients. Liaise with providers.

Compliance

Review client files and advisory work, ensuring high standards are met. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
